SI Partners with Monica Abbott's MA14!
Texas Sudden Impact is excited to announce we have entered into a partnership with the world-renowned Monica Abbott and her brand MA14. Monica is the premier ambassador for Women’s Fastpitch softball and is currently a Team USA member. She plays professionally with the Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan. Monica was the first-ever million-dollar deal for a woman playing on a team sport in the United States. Monica’s contract made history, and along with it, the opportunity to open many doors for others across the landscape of women’s professional sports. All players within the Texas Sudden Impact organization will benefit greatly from Monica’s mentorship, coaching, guidance, and leadership in all facets of the game. Monica is an inspiration on and off the field and is extremely passionate about growing the game of softball. This is truly a great time for Sudden Impact with the reunification of the 18U & 16U teams back into the SI Organization and the partnership with Monica & MA14 brand.

My Ultimate Mission and Goal as a professional athlete in the sport of softball has always been to grow the game at each level. Partnering with a travel ball organization like Sudden Impact allows the MA14 brand to continue to advance and grow the game of softball and the opportunities in it for athletes, coaches, and families alike.
I personally look forward to reaching each age group (10u-18u) with the wealth of knowledge I’ve accumulated from my 13 yr. professional experience and to ultimately help bridge the professionalism and educational gap on and off the field and therefore empowering all involved.
